In one of my previous videos, I tested out the new Canon EOS M200 Mirrorless digital camera. An excellent entry-level camera in my opinion that can be picked up for about ~$500 USD.

In that video I mentioned I went out because we had an exceptionally warm day. Well, right after that 60+ degree day we had an ice storm and then the following day some really wet, heavy snow that just made for a picture perfect day!

I figured since I was heading back out to the same location again, I should this time take my new variable ND filter with me and practice some long exposure photography on the two waterfalls that are at Nelson Ledges. I also decided to try using it for some long exposure shots at the lake near our house, Mosquito Lake.

It made for some great broll footage as well as some epic pictures. I also took the dog, Bandit, with me and had a blast with him out in the snow while hiking the ledges.

I hope you enjoy the video below. Thanks so much for watching!

Also, here are some of the pictures I capture while there. I still have a long ways to go and am by no means an expert at long exposure but I enjoyed practicing!
